Case Studies
Weld Seam Localization and Tracking
Our team developed a bespoke solution for high-mix and low-volume welding application using deep learning networks and Vision-Language-Action models. The system performs spatial detection and 6-DoF pose estimation of weld seam points using RGB-D data. It integrates temporal motion planning for a dexterous robotic arm to follow complex welding trajectories. We leveraged cross-domain transfer learning from pre-trained convolutional networks and robotic foundation models to enable seamless end-to-end image-to-action grounding from training to real-time inference.
Digital Twin for Rewinding and Slicing Assembly
Created a comprehensive simulation model in Isaac Lab, enabling predictive maintenance capabilities and optimization of production processes through real-time monitoring and virtual testing environments for enhanced operational efficiency.
Multi-RL Agent Framework for Forex Trading
Designed multi-agent reinforcement learning framework for automated Forex trading. The system integrates multiple learning agents to evaluate market signals and manage risk and execute trades in real-time.
